Structural Features:

1. Power system is that diesel engine driven hydraulic system. Running, rotating, feeding, lifting, legging, hoisting, unloading are all controlled by hydraulic units. Using DTH for rock drilling, driven and discharged by air compressor.

2. Optional equipped with mud pump for discharging while cutting or roller drilling .

3. Working device is composed of feeding mechanism, carriage(mast), top driven rotating head, slider, centralizer, rod unloading device, winch system, etc.

4. Top driven rotating machine can reach the two types of torque and rotating speed of equal power, low speed with high torque and high speed with low torque, which is realized by the hydraulic manifold block to meet different work conditions and hole diameters.

5. SNR50B rig applies higher mast with longer pull stroke, as this result which can use 4.5m drilling rod, as the same time, it also can match bigger winch to directly use 6m casing.

6. Rotary head can remove out drilling axis by overturning, which is to casing drilling by winch.

7. Feeding type is cylinder leaf chain type, which is reliable and durable.

9. Axis pressure, feeding speed and rotating speed is adjustable.

10. Crawler type running structure, moving easily. Adopt crawler undercarriage and steel track shoe. (optional rubber block for road running). Standard equipped with four long legs, it can easily move to truck without crane while transport for long distance.

11. Four hydraulic legs for adjusting whole machine stability in working condition.

12. Auxiliary winch can lift goods within 1 T, (such as drilling tools, spare parts, etc) It also can assist erection and unload drilling rod and tools. Additionally, it also can match bigger winch, lifting force get to 4T, wire line get to 60m, which can assist to lift and casing drill.

13. Fixed skid with machine in working condition is to increase the working stability.

14. Supplied gradient and special centralizer can ensure vertical and accuracy of opening hole.

15. When using down the hammer drill, pressure system with special oil sprayer can lubricate DTH, so as to extend using life of DTH.
